Tom Monahan, Before & After's founder and the lead facilitator of our creativEye to Eye programs spent 20 years as a leader in the ad agency business, including 15 years as president/executive CD of a world-class ad agency.

Tom has spent the past decade as a creative thinking coach serving a wide range of industries, with a specialization in helping ad agencies and client-side advertising executives bring more resourceful thinking and problem solving to the development of advertising. This latter specialty has led to creativEye to Eye.

Although not designed primarily as a team building program, we're told that team dynamics improve greatly following the event, with both sides gaining a mutual respect for one another's roles, positions and contributions to the mutual effort.
